I think if it was a 16 year old that there should be a limit to how much you can put down to Juvey and that the person or persons should be tried as adults no matter what.

zebrathree, i believe you're incorrect. It could be attempted murder, b/c if the men were to swallow enought glass and cut open many areas inside their bodies, they would have internal bleeding and could die: i.e. theres your attempted murder.
