Haven't seen one that does them individually for kits. Not too hard to do them by hand though....

Slixx makes guage decals for NASCAR kits, but most of them could also be used for any round guage.

MCG makes some really cool gauge faces on light acetate, various sizes, black background or clear, you can paint the backside to make the face white or any other color to match the car. or you can do red behind the black gauge to make red numbers or whatever color. hell someone who is real ambitious could ligh tit from behind. You drill the correct size hole in the dash and apply the face from the back. There is also a set that comes with photetched bezels to put on the dash
