Im angry
Have you ever seen those "Get 2 FREE issues NOW!" things? Well, I saw one a while back that I thought was pretty nifty and signed up for it. Today, I received a letter from a collection agency claiming " You owe this magazine publisher $19.97" And I was like
  at that because I sent in the "cancel subscription" thing after I got them. Im severly pissed at the fact that even though I did what was said to be done in order to receive the two issues free, Im still getting charged for them. F*$% YOU SUPER STREET!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats the one reason i dont subscribe to any mags, i would just rather buy them every now and then rather then deal with bullshit companies like that.

That does suck! The only subscription I have is to Scientific American. I've been getting it for about twenty years and I renew it every 36 months. Beyond that, I just pick up different ones from the magazine stand from time to time.

Try writing to the Better Business Bureau for the magazines home town. I once had a problem with the Sonic toothbrush, and all the letters in the world didn't help until I wrote the BBB. Got quick action and no more lame excuses.

I only subscribe to Motor Trend, and only buy Super Street, Sport Compact Car, Super Chevy, etc. off the shelfs when there's something I like (reference pictures for modelcars
 ).
