bcm programing

I have 1997 chevy venture. The chevy dealer checked out problems with power locks "opening by them selfs." Found no error codes. Chevy said, problem went away, bad bcm. None on stock to test. problem came back I replaced bcm. Doors work on drivers side if the passangers side is closed first, it will lock and stay locked. If the passangers is closed last it will open and keep reopening until the battery is dead. does the bcm need to be programed??How is it done??
