Re: Anyone built the Intial D Civic Type R?

Yes, I have built it, and is a good model, just a standard Fujimi CTR with the Spoon SPoiler and some big wheels (which needs suspension parts modified to look decent)

I have the kit, its my 2nd Civic Type R since my first 1 was a failure. The kit is suppose to get the honda symbol but i didnt get anything. It just has the Advan decal you could put on the side. I think the kit is...alright....

How much more is it compared to the standard EK9? Would it be worth it?

Not worth it, it's just a standard EK9 with the Spoon Spoiler and the Just Tuning Wheels/Tires

I knew it, it's one of Fujimi's "Newer" re-boxed items.

the kit is supposed to come with 2 sets of decals, a small one with the advan decals, and some jap. plate decals, plus the standard EK-9 decals. comes with 2 sets of mag wheels (8 in all), one being the stock 15"? and the other 2-piece set 17's.

when i got the kit, i was happy with it, since in my country its pretty hard to come by a model such as this one.

my 2-cents.
