need advice on painting

yo i would like to paint some minor interior parts like the a/c vents and other stuff to match my dash i dont know what to use, im figureing spray paint when its out of the car. Im also not sure wat coating to put over the paint. Well if anyone knows any ideas or has done it please help me out.

Just use normal spray or car paint, make sure to use primer first, then cover it with a protective clear coat.
