Wrecked '95 3.8L With BRAND NEW engine
I wrecked my 95 Taurus 3.8L a few weeks ago. Ford had just installed a free new engine for me per the recall after the engine blew. I don't feel like messing with fixing it. Here's whats wrong with it:
Front Rt. Hit to bumper. Bumper Destroyed. Absorber is pushed into the doghouse where it is mounted. Front Lt. Wheel Hit. I replaced the rim, but the tire shop says the "frame" is bent and it can't be realigned without some "frame" work. No Radio. New struts all the way around... actually about 20k on em. Just did the rear brakes b4 accident. Interior is perfect. No radio. It was all aftermarket and I took it all out. Speakers too. I have the headlight lenses and header panel they attach to I bought when I thought I could fix it all myself. Here's what I'm thinking: 1. This would make a great parts car. 2. Someone with some time and tools could fix it up and get it roadworthy again. Either way, make me an offer and we can talk.
