i need help!
How do you take off paint and over spray off of the clear parts like the windows of of the model cars?

I find most light overspay will come off by using normal car polish. I use some made by MER. I assume any will work, just be careful what solvents are in it as it may affect some plastics, try it on an old kit first so you dont ruin the model. A much better solution is to mask both sides of the windows when you are spraying

If you wanna take off the paint soak it in CSC(Castrol Super Cleaner). Dont worry it wont damage the plastic. I used it on my windshield and it worked pretty good.

I use thinner, i used to try to make banners on my wind shields using testors paint, and a tooth pick, i later used a paper towel and some Testors thinner to get it all off!

Unless you use laquer thinner, dont put that on anytype of plastic, inless you like the melted look, idk if i would even trust paint thinner.
