Question What do they mean?

Okay, no one could help me out with the story I wrote so... (j/j) I was just going to see if any one know what these lights mean.. or why they ususally come on. I have a 2001 Z24 Cavalier... And these lights have begun coming on lately... and then they go off.. But... What do they mean. Or what should I get checked..
"TRAC OFF" and "LOW TRAC" Why are these coming on!?!?

Refer to your owners manual! The low trac light means that your tires are in a slip on acceleration. And the Trac off means the traction control has been disabled either by the driver or the PCM.

if you put your e-brake up one click, just one it disables the traction control, make sure your e-brake is all the way down, then check the switch in the e-brake assembly that controls this.

then check the switch in the e-brake assembly that controls the trac control, or take it to a shop and have them look at it.
