transmission

i have a couple of problems with my transmission 1st when engine is still cold the trans. will lurch at a speed of about 50 if i let off the gas and press again the lurching will sometimes stop after it has warmed up though there is no problem with this issue 2nd when shifting into gear the trans. engages really hard, drive or reverse w/engine cold or hot 3rd when slowing down i can feel the trans downshifting into 1st gear right before i come to a complete stop and it is slightly hard. just had the trans serviced what could be wrong the trans does great from take off it goes through all gears smooth

First, check the tranny oil. Check with the car running and in park. Fluid should be up to the full mark.
Next check the engine and tranny mounts. Replace any broken mounts. If the problem is still there, get the tranny checked.
Good Luck.
