Altima V6 or Maxima?

Oh god! I think I speak for everyone when I say don't start this Altima Vs Max Thread ;-)
My 2 cents. When I test drove a v6 altima it felt alot faster then my 99 Max. They are both auto's though and my auto tranny is a bit sluggish. Also, the Altima had 50 more HP. I think a new Max would be faster. |

i know this has probably already been asked, but what? if there are any, differences between the engines in the altima, maxima, 350Z, g35 (coupe and 4dr), and the FX35, did i miss anY?, i mean i know for sure they're all somewhat related, but how mechanically different or similar are they?

The only differnces are intakes, ecu and exaust other than that it is the same basic engine. Oh ya you misses the Pathfinder and Qx4 they are also using the VQ engine.

The only main differences in the VQ family is the stuff they are connected to(drivetrain, exhaust, ECU, airflow shit, etc.) They are the same block and basically the same size.
