Figures I have say 7 psi stock and 12 psi max. ( .7 bar = 10.5 psi and 1.2 bar = 18 psi). Kin, big difference !!! - anyone confirm either of these figures?

Yepp, the heat and speed (shaft speed) caused by running higher boost will heat up the adhesive used to bond the ceramic wheel to the steel shaft.
When the adhesive doesn't do it's job, the ceramic wheel will spin off the shaft and end up somewhere it's not meant to be!!!!! For the Series 2's substiute the word "Ceramic" for Plastic!!! They are great factory turbo's, they just have a limit that is lower than other factory turbo's. J
