Steering wheel shakes when I brake

Why does my steering wheel shake violently back and forth when I brake hard? I'm driving a 90 accord coupe with 205/55/16 Yokohama YK420s.

I had the same problem, got new brake rotors and everythings fine.

most liekly the rotor but a bad wheel bearing could do it too....
