Ok, you'll want to read the FAQ first off it will give you an ASSLOAD of info that you'll need, link at bottom of my sig.
Tamiya makes a good kit, fujimi does also there are lots, but i cant name them (dont know how) lol Stay away from AMT's they suck if your a newbie to modeling. Paint, tamiya makes very good paints, so does testors, but try to stay away from their sprays if you can. Automotive sparys that are good, Dupli-color, Plasticote. Sandpaper, I ONLY buy 3M! Their the best you can find them pretty much anywere too! Great stuff! Brushes, i use Plaid brushes from wally-world, but u'll want the softer type, dont but plastic bristle typ form testors they suck!!! Polish, i made a thread about the polish i use, but Tamiya is good, along with Novus polish whitch is pricey, but good i hear. Thinner, stay away from paint thinner or mineral spirits, get laquer thinner (excuse my spelling), it claens up anything, just dont use it on plastic, or paint. Other wise Tamiya makes a good thinner. Glue, i use super glue for certain parts, otherwise i use testors clear glue for body parts, and clear stuff...duh. ![]() Hope this helps its the 2nd time i wrote it so iff spelling is off its cuz i types fast. Welcome to modeling!!, and of course welcome to AF!!!
