🏔️ Heading to Black Hills & Badlands this Summer — Need Bumper Advice for My JL Rubicon!
Hey Wrangler fam! 👋
So I have been bitten by the adventure bug hard this year and I have officially locked in my summer plan. I am taking my 2022 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon on a solo road trip through the Black Hills and Badlands of South Dakota and I cannot wait! 🗺️ I have done plenty of highway miles but this trip is going to be a whole different beast- rocky terrain, dusty trails, and who knows what else the Midwest throws at me. So naturally, I'm going into full prep mode! Here's where I need your help 👇 I'm seriously considering upgrading to an aftermarket front bumper before the trip. I want to hear from real owners first! A few questions for you all: Has anyone run an aftermarket bumper on a 2022 JL Rubicon? How was the install? Does it affect sensors or cameras? (I've heard this can be an issue) Any brand recommendations for trail-worthy protection without breaking the bank? Is a bumper upgrade worth it specifically for Black Hills/Badlands terrain? I want to make sure my Rubicon is fully trail-ready before I hit those South Dakota backroads. Any advice from experienced Jeep adventurers would mean the world! 🙌 Drop your thoughts below — let's talk bumpers and Badlands! 🤠🚙💨 |

Can you recommend shops that sell bumpers?
