upper manifold torque specs

what is the torque for 96 buick park avenue 3800 upper plenum bolts?
I see 11 ft lbs in service manualn and 89 inch lbs doing google search.

Most regular torque wrenchs don't read down to 11lb/ft. 90 inch/lb, using an inch pound torque wrench is the way to do it.
