Clunking noise

Hi if anyone could help with this please? I have a 2016 Corolla. I have replaced both lower control arms, struts, sway bar links, and sway bar bushings. I brought it for an alignment afterwards and the guy didn't hear it and said it was just road noise. I've had this car since it came off the lot brand new. I know what noise my car has and doesn't have. It still has the clunking noise going over bumps, it's hard to describe the noise it's more of a rattling clunk I guess. What's left that could be making this noise?
