2020 - rear climate lights up but does nothing

Hi there,

Until recently our rear climate worked great, but now it blows nothing on heat OR A/C. It is NOT locked to front-only control.

The rear control panel lights up, it all "looks" normal when moving the fan dial, etc. - but nothing happens in response. You can even see the corresponding heat, cool, fan speed indicators on the FRONT dash panel move correspondingly, but nothing is happening climate-wise.

I suspect it's a simple issue that I might be able to fix easily, but don't know where to start.
