2001 accord excessive voltage at iat ect.

Hi my name is Gary and I am new to this forum but not new to forums in general. I mainly work on cars 1969 and earlier but occasionally get suckered into work on someone's daily driver.
I am currently trying to troubleshoot a 2001 honda accord 3.0L v6. I am using an X-Tool D7 scan tool. The problem was rough idle and a suffer smell.
This is what I have so far. I had 1 bad ignition coils and replaced that and somewhat smoothed out the engine.
When I was going through the live data I noticed the intake air temp voltage was extremely high like 60 to 90 volts with a temperature reading of about 34°F.
Same with the engine coolant temperatures it shows 75 to 90 volts and a temperature of 34° F. I am not getting any codes on this. The only codes I get are misfires on cylinders 1, 2 an 4. And I get a code on the egr.
My question is why is the voltage so high when it should be around 5 volts?
I know that the pcm is reading the cold temperatures and dumping excessive fuel into the engine. That is what is causing the EGR problem and the sulfer smell.
I have another unrelated problem and will deal with it after i correct this issue.
Also I will post the old codes when they come back. I didn't write them down.
