Ford Econoline Camper van rollover... does this roof-area damage look like dangerous/repairable frame damage to you?
Ford Econoline 250 campervan was involved in a one vehicle rollover accident (rear tire blew and it rolled off the road, didn't hit anything). Obviously the camper roof was crushed (I cut that part off), but everything else escaped pretty much undamaged. Engine works fine, drives fine, interior RV appliances and electricity and plumbing work fine. No obvious frame damage besides what I'm posting here.
When I cut the damaged camper roof part off it revealed some bending around the van ceiling. Does this look like bad news for the van? I plan on going to get a frame inspection in the next month but I'm curious what y'all think. My photos don't upload to this post for some reason but here is a link to the uploaded gallery I created: https://postimg.cc/gallery/BXt1VhP |
