2016 Tucson limited burnt exhaust valves

I've had 2 burnt exhaust valves in 3 months cylinder 2 then 3. Any idea what would keep causing this?

1.6l 114k miles, it has always had an oil consumption issue thought last time it was the valve seals so I replaced them all when replacing the first burnt valve. That doesn't seem to help. Waiting on parts now but would like to get another idea of the issue before putting it all back together.
