C4 aftermaket gauges?
I used to own an 86 Vette in '89 and I'm looking to buy another C4. Most likely an 85-89 model. Thing is I never liked the digital gauges in my 86 and want to know if there are any aftermarket kits to install conventional gauges and remove the digital ones altogether. I've seen it done to a few C4's at car shows but they were hacked and the installs looked sloppy. I want to look into this before I buy the car. Thanks.

What's up destroyer.
I have a 1988 C-4 that I bought mainly for my wife (she never drives it) and we have considered selling it if someone really wants it (money talks, b.s. walks). It's really a clean car and I know its history for the last many years. I do drive it, but it really sits a lot. I purchased it from a good friend that bought it from a female Dr. I'm not sure where you're from, but I'm just South Of San Antonio TX. As far as the dash, it all works. There is too much display info to really create a clean dash using aftermarket gauges. That's why you can toggle switches between so much info. All-in-all, a stock vette is worth more than a hacked up one (and I have seen so many that were trashed). Any questions? [email protected] send it "attn Gene" Or my shop # is 830-484-2030 M-F 8:00-6:00 ---TEX--- |
