SRS Airbag Light On, Passenger airbag OFF light flickers, Driver door does not unlock in P, Doors do not lock over 9mph

I have a 2009 Accord EX, recently the SRS airbag light stays on. The passenger airbag off light flickers for a few, then stays lit then it and the airbag off light goes on then off stays off till car is restarted. I checked the connections to the occupant weight sensor by pushing them together but not disconnecting them yet. Also when putting it in Park, the driver door no longer unlocks as well as going over 9mph the doors do not lock. Not sure if that is related to this. I have a Autel OBD II scanner but it does not read airbag codes. I tried reprogramming the door lock so it locks again in P but same issue. I used a scanner and I get 3 codes. 61-1 Modulator-control unit initial IG low voltage 64-11 Steering angle sensor power circuit short 71-21 Right-front or left-rear different diameter tyre malfunction
