2005 Jaguar S type (is it worth it?)

Hey I am thinking about buying a 2005 jaguar s -type v6 with 73000 miles. I love the style. Can someone give me a run down if it's worth it in mint condition with no rust, never driven in the snow? The price is from a family friend for 5000 dollars. PLease cover everything in your response.
