I Dont fit a model of nissan but (LETS TALK VG30E)

As the title says above i don't fit a "model" but i am speaking from the bin car perspective of the 90s, now that we got that out the way, the time date is 1992 RWD VG30E N/A

More so the 300zx boys then the 240, my question is i need a process run down on doing a general overhaul on vg30e cylinder heads.

The heads i have chosen are from i believe the pathfinder of 1990...

Can i get a list of the fallowing:

Recommended valve springs,

Cam choice options,

Springs,

Keepers,

Lifters stems,

And etc.
