out of state - need to register a car
hi,
i run a business in Colorado (Denver) i live out of state and do not have a Colorado residency. Can i get a car registered in my name? of course id fly in, how long does it take to get the tags? i need a car to be registered in either my name or my business name. any help on some info would be great thanks,. |

I'm unsure of Colorado, but in other states a corporation or LLC can title and license a vehicle through the business at the "home" location of that business.
Max is right - Check with the Colorado secretary of state or vehicles department.
