Grand Am Problems!! help please

alright my sister has a 94 grand am......and when you go to turn left and put the blinker on the light stays on constantly and does not blink......idk what the problem is....is this pontiacs way of telling you the bulb is out??? Also one of the fog lights went out and i cant figure out how the hell to get the bulb out.....help is appericated, thanks.

Turn the four way flashers on and check the bulbs. They should all flash. Replace the bulb that does not flash. If they all flash, then replace the flasher unit thet is hidden under the dash of the car. Turn the right blinker on and trace the flasher unit. You will feel it clicking. Replace it.
As for the fog lite bulb and if I remember right, I need to be corrected here, it is a plug in bulb that twists into the light housing and has a wire that plugs into the other end.

The same thing happen to me while i was overseas, i finally looked at the little clip when you plug the bulb in and it was broken off and was not making contact with the bulb, i just bent the little part of the clip that was left till it made contact with the metal part of the bulb and the turn blinker worked. Hope this helps. The fog light just turns from the back and the bulb come out, replace the bulb and they will work fine.
