Opel Astra H 1.9 CDTI RPM Does what it wants

I'm experiencing issues with my Astra H 2005 1.9 CDTI 118 HP
when I'm parked on spot (Idle) my car starts revving by itself from 1000rpm to 2500ish rpm don't really know the cause of this but when it's starts revving esp symbols comes up and immobilizer symbols comes up as well than when this two symbols comes up on the dashboard the gas pedal stop's working so I have to switch of the engine and then turn it back to get it to drive... (And yeah my grammar is not perfect.)
