What type of tires would be "low profile"

Hello, just bought a new tesla model y, long range, with stock 19" tires. I want 20" but I did not want to go with their style so I want to do aftermarket.
I have been looking at these wheels (below). I now have to buy aftermarket tires as well. Not sure how all the numbers with tires work. I assume 275 is a good size since the wheel is 8.5. But I am wondering about profile, I don't want a tire that has a lot of space between the rim and the outside of the tire. I was then looking at these tires on amazon and not sure if they are a good match?

275 is too wide for 8.5. I'm running 275 on a 9" wide wheel and thats really pushing it. Most people want 9.5" minimum width for a 275. The term low profile is an arbitrary term that doesn't really mean anything. As you go up in wheel size the "profile" goes down to keep the overall diameter the same. Use a tire size calculator to verify size needed if you go with 20's.

Both Tesla and Tire Rack say that a 255/40R20 is the tire size. Tire Rack shows a few options for wheels - and I would recommend you pay attention to what they say as they guarantee that their combination will fit correctly without rubbing.

And by anyone's definition, a 40 series tire is low profile. If you want to go lower you'll have to go larger in wheel diameter, and according to Tire Rack, you can't do that without modifying the vehicle.

For me, anything below a 60 aspect ratio is low profile.
