Odd historical question re key ignition

What was the last year that an Audi would have had
(1) an ignition system where you had to insert a key and
(2) an audio warning when the driver exited the car without removing the key?

If you can answer that, here's two bonus questions. Which models would have had these features? What would the warning sound have sounded like? A beep, a ding, a buzz?
