2017 grand caravan

Front a/c blowing cold rear a/c blowing ambient/hot the lines going to rear were they connect to expansion valve one is cold one is warm? Any help or pointers would be appreciated

Blend door actuator in rear rotated until it broke the door the mode door did the same thing a year or so ago any ideas why??
