Audi Jack Point for Q7 2017

Hi There ,
I have Audi Q7 2017 , I am trying to change the tires for first time for this car, I am looking for the Jack Point where I can lift the car, but for this car specifically it is little confusing , as there is a piece (looks plastic piece) and not sure if this is the place to lift can you advice I have attached a photo , so can you please indicate the point where I put the Jack to lift ? I have checked in owner manuall is not realy clear as well as checking on youtube , but I didn't find similar my car with that piece
BTW : I am using MotoMaster Classic Steel Garage Jack, 3-Ton to lift the car
so please have a look at the photos and let me know the location to lift the car
