2013 manual transmission or clutch problem?

I have had a difficult time with this mustangs crap transmission and clutch im thinking. I got it and it was decent, but I had a few starts and power shifts that fell out of gear and revved the rpm up and clanking some gears when trying to bang them. Anyway now my launch is random and lacking power, and my gears are feeling sponge like when im accelerating. Definitely feeling like I cut my ponies in half if not more, and killing my mpg. Anyone have any ideas of what i did to it? Figuring i stripped the clutch, and stretched some rods and forks.
