Error code p0882, p0700, p1603

My dad's PT is not shifting gears. His check engine light came on and I got these codes p0882, p0700, p1603. Any kind of help would be very appreciated.

Googling those 3 codes shows this to be a PT Cruiser issue.

P0833 is input signal low to the PCM
P0700 is transmission control system malfunction
P1603 looks like it is a PCM failure.
