What pickup to buy at 16

I'll try and keep this simple. I'm sixteen and have saved about 5k that I would like to spend on a pickup truck. Most of them seem pretty reliable which is good because I would like to be able to get another 100k miles out of whatever I buy. I would prefer something from general motors, but I'm open to other options. Most of the trucks I'm looking at have around 150k miles, some of the older and lower end models have around maybe 100k or 120k and then some of the newer ones or some of models with higher end options (4x4, z71, extended/crew cab) have around 200k. The three models I'm looking at mainly are Silverado/Sierra, S10/Sonoma, and Colorado/Canyon but again, I'm open to other options. I don't need anything big or powerful either, just a truck to drive around. One thing that I'm wondering is if these trucks are actually a good option to last me 100k miles. Also any other advice you might have is welcome. I know that this is a lot of information, but thanks in advanced for trying to help.
