2005 Honda Pilot "steering"?

Hello everyone its been along time.

My nephew has a Pilot and his issue is with the steering after reversing. It doesn't matter if you reverse to the left or right, as soon as you begin to turn the wheel to go forward its hard, as the car straightens going forward its fine. Driving no issues, only when coming out of reverse after turning the wheel.

fluid level is good and no noise when turning the steering wheel
