57 Dodge 100 Canadian engine identification

Hey guys, My dad recently bought a 1957 Dodge 100 Canadian built and he's not sure what engine is in it or whether it's a original or a transplant. He's got a few numbers off the block(VT535-1506C),(J146)&(167662S). So my question is: is there a good web site or forum or someway to find out what engine he's got?
Thanks
