ABS harness front

I have error code open circuit on right front ABS, previous owner said that hub is new so most likely broken cable.

There is supposed to be two connectors for the harness, C171 for left and C172 for right, but I can't find those. This is a 04, I wonder if those connectors were present only in the last models?

Also image at https://www.justanswer.com/chevy/1e1...228-right.html shows those connectors as well as the picture at Rockauto of the replacement harness:

Re: ABS harness front

GM and the broken ABS harness. If I had a dollar for every broken ABS harness in a GM I might be able to hire Jeff Bezo's to clean my toilet.

I don't have an answer for where C171 and C172 are at, but when I had a broken harness on my Grand Prix I went back into the harness as far as I could and spliced in the new harness.

Re: ABS harness front

It seems that the ABS harness joins up with a bigger harness so there are no connectors. Like you wrote I spliced it in which solved the problem with ABS fault code.

However I ran into another issue which I'll take in a separate thread.
