CX-5 radio

2016 CX-5's radio is acting strangely. Occasionally, all the radio's presets will be erased. Also, today, radio would not come on. Wondering if anyone else has had this anomaly. The radio is part of the navigation system and the destinations are still there but the radio presets are gone.

Sounds like it is losing its 12V constant which would kill the memory.

I replaced the battery in 2019 and the above has not reoccurred.
