2008 Kia Optima 2.4L vibrating on the road

Ok so I got this 08 Optima about 5 months ago. Its had a constant steering wheel vibration. I've replaced most of everything I could think of that would cause this.. struts, ball joints, inner and outer tierods, sway bar links, tires, rims..

I replaced the rims because a shop had told me one was bent when they were balancing the tires. I immediately noticed a HUGE difference. The steering wheel went from shaking terrible to just a small amount of vibration.

A couple days ago I replaced the front struts again because the first set I had were junk. Theres a little bit of shaking back now, I assume I threw the alignment off just a little putting different struts on.

So now I'm trying to figure out where this dam vibration is coming from. My car does run like shit half the time and the transmission has been acting up. I'm honestly thinking the vibrations are being caused by the engine/transmission. When I'm idling in gear, the car vibrates like your girlfriends vibrator. When I put it in neutral, it stops.

What are your guys thoughts and previous experiences with vibrations with this car?
