Help - Malibu Radio

Hello,

I'm hoping someone out there is a bit of an expert on the radio in my 2011 Chev Malibu.
It's the standard cd/radio type - not the more modern navigation/screen model.

The problem is this
1. Bluetooth sound - is coming out the mic, not the radio speakers.
2. Side door speakers - are not working - can hear only a the faintest high treble.

Could this be a pre-amp or something like this or is this in the radio. I'm hoping this is just a fuse or fuseable link somewhere.

If anyone has an electrical schematic for the radio circuit - that may help...
