mysterious water
Ok, I have a problem with water, It isn't something like make sure everything is shut or the lights leaking...this happens when I am driving it, and it hasn't rained lately. I was driving the other day, and I had my a/c for a bit, then it cooled down so I shut it off and opened the windows and sunroof. Anyhow, my friend points out to me that there is water dripping on the passanger's side floorboard, but it is coming from under the dash. It is clearly water, and if it has happened before I have never noticed it. Like I had said, it hadn't rained in several days, so it couldn't be from rain or anything. What could it be coming from??

I think the ventilation fan is mounted just behind the glove box, towards the outside of the car, and if the AC is causing condensation, it could be coming from there... ?
Strange problem, never heard of that before.

The A/C Evaporator is right behind the glovebox. It takes out moisture from the A/C lines. There is a hose that runs from that to the engine bay. I would bet that hose has a hole in it so water is leaking out of it inside your car.

Thanks, I wouldn't have thought to check those hoses back there.
