1300hp camaro
I'm thinking about getting a 2017 Camaro ss and building a drag car. I would like to know how much hp the tranny can handle, thanks.

I don't think you realize just how much 1300hp really is. A good friend makes about that in his 4 cylinder turbo drag car. He runs a fully custom pro mod style transmission to handle the power.
He runs low 8's at almost 170 mph. He has full cage, chutes, and had to get an NHRA license to even run the car on the track. Do you have the knowledge, money, or ability to do all that or is this just a pipe dream?
