Question Transmission

I just purchased a used Cadillac Seville STS which has recently had the transmission rebuilt. At cruising speed it feels almost like it is slipping? Not a real noticeable slip but it does feel like something. Possibly missing? I'm not real sure. Anybody had or heard of these symtoms?

yes, If it is on the northstar type sevilles, There is some type of electronic transmission controller. I thought it was just a little slippage, it only happened twice. The next thing I knew I only had first gear.
I took it in for the transmission and was told if I had brought it in after that first happened it, and told them about it- it would have saved me money as the gearing became damaged when it went out.
