can you also program a remote 2009 ford explorer

I'm looking at a 2009 explorer.
The Dodge dealer only has 2 regular keys.
It also has the keypad on the drivers door.
Can I program a remote / fob on this vehicle.
I'm thinking that if it came with keyless entry it could use a remote?
Any help??
Not having a remote might be a deal breaker.

OK I can program a remote since it is equiped with keyless entry.
