BMW 2002 Turbo 1/24 in Silver

I have completed this BMW 2002 Turbo 1/24 in silver straight out of the box. This one only took me 2 months to make, haha. It's a nice kit from Hasegawa. I chose silver, but I think silver doesn't look as good in the photos, where it didn't show much reflections.

I finally have some time to take some photos, here they are.

Beautiful Beemer and top-class photos!

About the last photo: are those TTL flashes or full manual? And the function of the left flash that is shooting straight upwards, do you have some reflector up there that bounces the light back to the model?

The flashes are full manual with wireless flash trigger. I used my m43 camera with couple cheap flashes bought from amazon. I didn’t use any reflectors, the left one just shot up into an 9 feet high ceiling. I did put a sheet of paper left of the car to bounce light from the right flash onto the car.

Thanks. I have been using a cheap Chinese light tent with just one TTL flash fired by an extension cord, and have considered buying tho cheap manual flashes and a trigger just to get a bit more even lighting and to get rid of that cord.

Nice. I want to get one more light too. I also need to get a plexiglass to get a better reflection on the ground. For this photos, I used a plastic translucent sleeves for paper, and the reflection turned out wavy, I guess it’s ok, looked like the ground is wet instead.
