The physics are not done very well and the "speed lines" make me think of going to hyper space in Star Wars.

The physics were done perfectly how they should have been done, as a matter of fact the US version of the game saw some steering improvments over the Euro and Jap releases. The game isn't supposed to handle like Gran Turismo..The game FOCUSES on drifting..

I can drive my car fuill speed head on into a wall going through a hair pin turn and my car goes through the turn better then other cars who slow down and turn throught he turn. Then there are those times when I just graze the wall and it grabs the car like a magnet. If you consider cartoon physic good, then that is your call. If you are trying to say this game has physics that match the real world, I cannot agree.

Even their drifting physics is not that great. No game has perfect physics, and this one has one of the least perfect of games on the market today.

If it focuses on drifting, why do you lose speed everytime you slide? Even with slicks I can't stay on the road on Suzuka. But hey, the Tamiya Circuit it funny

VectorClub: The point pf racing games is not to ram into walls and be cheap like that....people that do that just can't do it the otherway.....it just means that u arenot a true gamer that looks all pro not like some weasel that smashes into the wall to win
