92 Dodge Dakota No Fuel Pressure

I have a 1992 dodge dakota 3.9 v6 and it has no pressure at all the fuel pump works you can hear it turn on. I have even hard wired it so it stays on, but the only way it even pumps fuel out is if i poor it directly into the fuel pump its self. I have tried everything I possibly can to fix it with no luck someone please help.

The fuel pressure regulator maybe bad or the sock for the fuel pump in the gas tank is plugged.
