03 explorer electrical issues

Started with abs on,then door ajar on,gas gauge only works occasionally,power mirrors and door locks don't work,interior lights don't want to shut off.....Where do I start?

The door ajar, power mirrors, door locks, and interior lights issues are probably due to a broken wire or two in the accordion boot between the cabin and the door. The door ajar indicator and interior light could be due to a bad switch in the door latch, but I'd start by checking the accordion boot anyway since it's unfortunately easier to do.

The ABS issue could be a bad wheel bearing, dirty or damaged tone ring, or a wiring issue. And the fuel gauge would most likely be the sending unit in the fuel pump assembly.

However, if you plan to keep the Explorer awhile and you haven't replaced the battery in the past 3 years, I'd actually start there to see if that happens to fix any of these electrical issues. There have been several electrical gremlins found to go away in a modern car when the battery is replaced.
