Got some buying questions.......

Hello All:

I am currently a Honda owner who is looking for a project car, weekend autocrosser / street racer. I enjoy my Civic but am slightly displeased with the lack of a factory turbo. I have been considering a 240SX lately after speaking with a local turbo tunning shop but figured I would come to the source. If I get a 240SX the Civic would be my daily driver, any how here are my questions.

1) If any, are there any major model or year specific flaws I should be aware of while shopping?

2) The SR20DET, how hard is it to find common maintenece and major replacement parts?

3) Are all USDM 240SX rear wheel drive (I can never get a definate yes)?

4) And what is the factory Sport Package that I have come across?

1)None that i've heard of.

2) check out the links in the FAQ. most of the SR providers in the states have access to most of the parts.

3) hell yes!

4) not sure about that...probably includes LSD and some other upgrades.
